We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join RoSPA’s team of health and safety consultants and assist with the facilitation, administration and delivery of key safety information and commercial services. Key responsibilities in this role will include responding to safety questions from the public and RoSPA members, maintaining an up-to-date record of work activities and enquiries, supporting the development of safety policies, carrying out desktop and on-site safety reviews, and assisting the sales team with scoping water and leisure jobs. Full training will be given so that ultimately you will have the ability to identify and develop commercial leads, assist with project proposals, conduct water and leisure reviews independently, and quality review consultancy reports.

  • Experienced in communicating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders both verbally and in writing?
  • Skilled in managing your own workload?

Do you have 

  • Experience of office procedures and administration?
  • Excellent interpersonal skills?
  • Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills?
  • English and Mathematics GCSE level or equivalent?
  • A full, clean driving license and access to a suitable vehicle to attend site visits.
