We are the market leader in recruitment in the American roofing sector and have partnerships with the largest and fastest growing companies in the market including: private equity firms, national roofing firms & regional roofing firms all over the states, in places like California, Texas, New York & Florida.
We are also currently rebranding to “Roofing Talent America” and moving into a new 3,000ft office in Hamilton City Centre.

We provide a number of specialist services to our clients including: headhunting, executive search, succession planning, strategic consulting, greenfielding, division launcher and market analysis.

We need you to come into the office fired up, with a positive attitude and a laser focus on getting results for our clients.
What’s in it for you?
You will be heavily trained on technical headhunting and on the key intricacies of the U.S Roofing Industry both by our in-house training team and expert consultants from within the U.S Roofing Market.
Within a few weeks you will be capable of doing the job and you will be on track to earn anywhere between 5-10k per month, such as Tony who started in January with zero recruitment experience and took home £10,000 in June.
