The Total Vehicle Validation and Integration department steers the development of new products to support design for assembly, supports integration of new models into the production facility, validates the functional performance of vehicles, and provides a total vehicle complex analysis service.

We are hands-on in the development phase of our exciting products to ensure that the high expectations of our customers can be exceeded. We require our team to have the quality of the product at the forefront of their approach and adopt a broad view of problem solving to ensure that the correct priority is given to each and every issue.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting integration of new products into assembly
  • Validating products against technical/functional requirements
  • Analysing topics to derive potential root causes
  • Planning and steering vehicles for key validation activities
  • Supporting ‘Launch readiness’ meeting landscape
  • Supporting prototype builds

Qualifications and Experience

  • Successfully completed university degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Automotive Engineering studies to a 2:1 standard or higher
  • Passion and enthusiasm for our brand, products and our company
  • Experienced in use of Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and capable to work under pressure
  • Strong commitment and ability to work independently and within cross functional teams
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the business both locally and internationally
  • Strong IT focus and ability to use multiple industry specific software tools and systems
  • Entry level knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, DIN ISO TS16949)
  • Able to demonstrate a structured approach to problem solving and project work
