Sales Operations

The Sales Operations team is a key partner supporting the delivery of the Company’s sales and profit results.  Tasks include strategic volume planning, management of tactical sales budgets, big data analytics and reporting. The team monitors and drives our regional and dealership sales performance, supporting with Customer Bespoke order construction, and has ownership of both our global used car strategy, Provenance, and global Financial Services business.

What will you be doing?

  • Identification and development of strategic sales plans to ensure delivery of sales, profit targets & maintain customer centricity
  • Steering improvement opportunities within our core sales operations processes and systems
  • Sales responsibility in cross functional tasks & workgroups within the Rolls-Royce organisation
  • Supporting departmental sub-teams in the development, steering & delivery of Sales Operations projects

The ideal candidate would

  • Have a passion for continuous improvement and the ability to work cross-functionally in a strategic and innovative manner
  • Have a drive to investigate and implement process developments which contribute to tangible customer experience and profit benefits
  • Ability to work at all levels across the organisation
  • Be enthusiastic, have a passion for development, and excited to join a dynamic Sales Operations Team
  • An advantage, but not essential, is the ability to understand and harness data/analytics to support business decisions and shape future strategy i.e. Salesforce (CRM), Tableau, Excel

Qualifications and Experience

  • Successfully completed university degree in Business Studies, Economics or other relevant degree to a 2:1 standard or higher
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills to support decision making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Project and process management skills
  • Strategic planning paired with entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong commitment and ability to work in teams and independently
