Aftersales - Ownership Services

  • Responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining all concepts, standards and processes
  • Creating a unique ownership experience for our customers and making sure this is preserved.
  • Providing the best possible support for Service and Warranty processes, Parts Supply and Product & proposition Development
  • Influence key stakeholders, gaining the buy-in and trust of dealers, regional teams and colleagues

Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant practical experience (e. g. internship, training, initial professional experience)
  • Achieved a 2:2 or higher in a bachelor’s degree in Automotive or a Business related degree
  • International experience is an advantage (e.g. internship, studies, placement etc.)
  • Excellence language skills in English - language skills in German are an advantage
  • Experienced in use of Microsoft Office
  • A high level of commercial acumen with the ability to think analytically and laterally to interpret vehicle and customer data.
