The responsibility of the Client and Brand department stretches across client experience, brand communications, training and data science.

What will you be doing?

  • Support departmental projects ranging from communications topics to data science
  • Work with clients as a brand representative at events
  • Co-ordinate regional input on initiatives
  • Increase profile and usage of CRM
  • Act as Client Centricity Ambassador

Qualifications and Experience

  • Successfully completed university degree in business studies or similar subject to a 2:1 standard or higher.
  • Excellent English
  • Experienced in use of Microsoft Office
  • Organised
  • Time and project management skills
  • Analytical and conceptual skills
