We are looking for someone to join the Scotland regional team to manage multiple contracts across the residential and non-residential sectors, from receipt of order to final account, delivering projects on time and to budget.

    What you'll need

    While not essential, the following skills are highly valued and will enable you to excel in the role, contribute meaningfully to our team, and enhance the impact of your work at Roger Bullivant Limited.

    • Attend pre-contract and site meetings
    • Plan projects in accordance with H&S and QA procedures
    • Manage the day to day performance of Supervisors, Site Operatives and Sub-contractors
    • Prepare and approve associated documents including RAMS, design calculations, briefing sheets etc.
    • You will need good communication, organisation, leadership, and supervisory skills with the ability to assess, weigh up risks and resolve problems on site and technically, in a calm, safe and effective manner, without compromising working standards.
    • We anticipate that interested parties will have a Civil Engineering Degree or be suitably qualified through experience.
    • Due to the nature of the role, individuals will require a full driving licence and the flexibility and confidence to travel to off-site meetings as required.
