About the role

Put your academic knowledge into practice and get work-ready before you graduate. With a placement suited to your area of interest, over 12 weeks you can dive right into some of our business challenges, collaborate on projects and learn from industry experts. As a Summer Intern - Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing and/or assisting in the delivery of multiple projects from briefing and concept design through to construction and operations;
  • Work with the project team at all stages of the project to identify, capture and manage risks and provide value for money;
  • Organise, chair and record project meetings with the Client, Contractors Designers and other stakeholders;
  • Operate project processes and procedures, taking specific cognisance of the requirements of the contract; and,
  • Administer the contract and manage the construction phase of the project through to practical completion.

To join us, we’re looking for

  • 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate within a construction related degree
  • The ability to work on own initiative and demonstrate a methodical approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team and under pressure
