We have an opportunity for an undergraduate to work for us on a 12-month placement. This role will give you an opportunity to put into practice what you’ve learned in your degree so far, and to gain a valuable insight into what you will be doing in your chosen career.
As part of your placement, we will provide APC training programme aligned with the RICS’s requirement and structure. You will be assigned with a Supervisor and Mentor throughout the 12 months training programme.
We will give you a realistic view of the world of the built environment, which in turn will help you decide if it’s the career for you.

What you need to do to be effective in this role
During your placement you will work with our experienced teams, giving you the chance to test your technical skills and gain an insight of what it’s like to be part of an award-winning consultancy. Our teams have extensive knowledge, expertise and experience gained from developing partnerships with private and public sector clients and supply chain partners from all around the world, and working on a vast amount of long-term framework agreements.
The skills and experience you need to have for this role
You must be studying towards a construction related, ideally RICS approved degree and have completed at least two years of study prior to the commencement of the placement and be available for the entire 12 month period of the placement.
You will evidence / possess
- Competency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Some experience of - and be comfortable with using AutoCAD
- Be presentable & client facing
- A positive 'can do' attitude
- A keenness & willingness to learn
- Be methodical and organised
- Excellent attention to detail
