We are seeking an organised and proactive Editorial Administrator to support our multi-authored online subscription service for surveyors, isurv. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with our editorial team and gain hands-on experience in content proofing, online functionality, and content management systems.
Key responsibilities
- Proofreading and quality-checking online content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Auditing the basic functionality of the online platform to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Providing regular updates and reports to the Senior Editor.
- Assisting with rebranding and updating documents as needed.
- Carrying out general administrative tasks to support the editorial team.
About you
- Experience with content management systems (CMS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Able to take direction while being proactive and capable of working independently.
- Demonstrable administrative skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of online content practices is a plus but not required.
