What you will be doing

  • Participate in the monthly/quarterly forecasting, planning, and close processes
  • Drive best practices, identify areas of improvement, and make recommendations to optimize processes or analytics tools
  • Learn and Work individually on a variety of financial modeling, forecasting or reporting projects, depending on the business needs
  • Management of all upload processes within RGS Insights and streamline processes including error trapping and analysis.
  • Work on ad-hoc requests to support the teams which include generating and analyzing reports and preparing presentations and analysis
  • Management of all upload processes within RGS Insights and streamline processes including error trapping and analysis.
  • Create and update Reports and Dashboards in RGS Insights catering to different process flow by following Insights standardisation
  • Collaborate across different teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Manage Targets tracker process for Sales incentivisation globally by liaising with senior leadership team and adhering to Targets Tracker policy

You will ideally have

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.)
  • Can multi-task and manage priorities and timeline to deliver and “get things done” in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree required: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Maths or a related field
  • Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Self-starter: ability to work independently on projects and tasks
