Role overview
As a Talent Acquisition Intern (Year in Industry), you will be involved in assisting the UK Recruiting team with day-to-day recruitment. This will include collaborating with the UK Recruiting team to attract top graduates and early careers candidates with a focus on digital services, IT and business consulting across the UK. This position will be located in Manchester with an August/September 2024 start date.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the full cycle recruiting of graduate candidates with a focus on digital services, IT and business consulting across the UK and BENELUX markets
- Organization and participation in university careers fairs and other graduate recruiting events
- You'll be instrumental in organising our monthly induction for new employees
- You will be involved in global recruiting projects
- Reporting of recruiting KPIs
About the candidate
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Economics, Law or other relevant fields of study
- Interest in Technology or Finance recruiting
- Passion for actively sourcing candidates, taking inspiration from the latest trends in recruiting
- A sound knowledge of common tools (MS Office package, Trello, etc.)
- You are a goal-oriented individual, focused on delivering high-quality recruiting results
- Excellent communication skills in English - both written and verbal.
