This is an entry level position, ideally suited to a talented Electronic Engineering graduate with strong engineering and communication skills plus a keen desire to learn.

Job duties

As part of the MCU Marketing team, The candidate shall:

  • Gain hands-on experience using Renesas security solutions and tools.
  • Work closely with the extended MCU development team to create solutions and demonstrations that utilise the security features of the chip.
  • Ensure that Renesas MCU security solutions provide conformance to world-wide legislation.
  • Work closely with Renesas customers and partners to ensure solution alignment with their business requirements.
  • Provide support on security solutions to Renesas Business Development, Sales, and FAE teams.
  • Create and deliver technical training.

Qualifications

A graduate engineer with an aptitude for the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Embedded programming using C language
  • Experience creating applications for 8, 16, and/or 32-bit microcontrollers, with and without an RTOS
  • Experience with or strong interest in the security of connected electronic devices
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, as regular interfacing with customers, partners and global colleagues will be a significant aspect of the job.
  • Must be a self-motivated team player who is able to take direction, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicate effectively. Must be a fluent English speaker.
