We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Intern Junior Brand Manager. This role will report directly into the Senior Brand Manager for Bruichladdich Distillery Company Whiskies, The Botanist Gin, and the Westland distillery. It is a London based role. The Junior Brand Manager will have a dotted line reporting to the Senior Brand Manager managing the Champagne Telmont brand.
The role
Brand Management Support
- Assist the Senior Brand Manager in developing and executing brand strategies for the different brands, contribute to the brand plans roll out and monitoring of KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, trade marketing, advocacy, finance and supply) to support SBM in the implementation trade and consumer facing activations: planning, coordination, and execution of brand events, including trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Assist in the creation of brand assets, with stock/POS/equipment management, logistics to ensure smooth event operations and provide excellent customer experiences.
- Record and document event/brand activities, potentially with content creators/influencers/photographers to create assets to use in reporting and customer facing collateral.
- Establish strong working relationship with the Global team and agency partners.
- Assist with budget tracking, Purchase Orders and vendor creation, provide administrative support to the brand team.
Analysis and Reporting
- Support the evaluation by collecting and analysing relevant data, assist in preparing reports and presentations summarizing evaluation results, contribute to the development of strategies and initiatives based on these findings and suggesting areas for improvement. Work closely with Trade Marketing Managers to evaluate post event/trade advocacy projects vs KPIs and ROI.
- Monitor brand performance and provide regular reports and analysis to the Senior Brand Manager.
- Conduct regular market analysis and monitoring of industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
Profile
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong passion for the spirits industry and a good understanding of the alcoholic beverage market.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience in event coordination and support is a plus.
