What our graduates say
“Starting work as a Mechanical Manufacturing Graduate this year, I’m amazed by the amount of investment Raytheon has already put into me, not just working with world class engineers and cutting-edge technologies. But by just being in a Graduate position I feel like I’m on a bespoke course for becoming a future leader of engineering.
I have been given real responsibilities on interesting world leading products, been mentored in a supportive culture which has helping me to develop into a more confident and capable person.
I have also enjoyed meeting with other graduates from all around the country, where we have gained new skills and experiences together I think would be hard to find in any other company.”
