What you’ll do

- Value Stream Business Management: Deliver value through streamlined business processes.
- Business Strategy: Collaborate on strategies that align with our long-term vision.
- Supply Chain Management: Optimize supply chain operations to support global projects.
- Finance & Commercial: Gain financial and commercial insights essential for business success.
During this three-year programme, you’ll have the flexibility to self-select additional rotations based on your career goals and personal development plan, allowing you to shape your path with support from Collins Aerospace.

About you
- Graduating with a 2:1 or above in a relevant business discipline by 2025.
