We’d expect you to

  • Be committed and motivated to study for the Investment Advice Diploma (IAD) and Level 7 qualifications such as the Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM).
  • Have achieved or be on course for at least a 2:1 honours degree in any discipline.
  • Have a genuine interest in financial services and wealth management and know what you bring to our company and sector.
  • Have strong analytical, digital and technology skills.
  • Be a clear and confident communicator, looking to build relationships and knowledge.
  • Be inclusive, respectful and operate with integrity.
  • Be ambitious and motivated, helping us to continue building for the future.
  • Share our passion for ensuring an excellent client experience.

Your experiences and learning are shaped over our 2-year rotational programme

You’ll work across key business areas like Investment Management, Financial Planning, Research and Marketing, where you’ll develop essential technical and professional skills, such as portfolio management, presentation and networking skills.

We’ll give you comprehensive training and support through formal qualifications and informal experiences.

Along with

  • Mentorship through our established scheme, to grow your skills, offer career development advice and see other perspectives
  • Being part of our graduate and emerging talent community, helping you to build your network and relationships across the business, with a ‘buddy’ on hand to support along the way

Through our Graduate Academy we’ve created a structured career path that will enable your development so that at the end of your programme there will be an opportunity to apply for permanent roles within our client facing teams.
