Under close supervision, performs relatively routine analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of computer software and product hardware with the ongoing guidance and direction from more experienced engineers. Translates technical guidance into usable engineering data applicable to the particular assignment. Engineering activities support both domestic and international products/services.
Responsibilities
Performs routine engineering assignments of an analysis, design or test nature requiring application of specific standard techniques and procedures. Documents usable engineering data applicable to the assignment. May work independently on small projects or assist more senior engineers. May assist with the analyses to develop design options or recommendations and may assists in the preparation of cost estimates and specifications on low level projects.
