Job description

Publicis Media is now looking for a new UK Planning Executive to work on one of our most exciting clients, Disney Studios.

In this role, you will get to work on campaigns for some of the most exciting film and SVOD releases in the cinema/streaming space, promoting films through their lifecycle (in Cinemas, on D+ & Digital Home Download) and returning/new D+ Studios series releases.

What will you be doing?

  • Help develop effective, efficient and exciting cross channel media channel strategies, rooted in unquestionable rationale, for Disney Studios cinema releases and Disney+ Studios releases. 
  • Help manage overall campaigns from brief through to PCA (post campaign analysis), with the support of the wider planning team and the Insights Team.
  • Help develop weekly performance reports and post campaign reports for each release, ensuring quality at every step.
  • Forge close connections with the UK’s biggest and best media owners to ensure the planning team are fuelled with the latest platform updates.
  • Manage through campaign activations to ensure plan components go live smoothly and successfully, working closely with our specialist channel teams.
  • Support the team in delivering absolute financial accuracy and PO management.
  • Keep on the pulse of industry news, ensuring the team are informed of your findings.
  • Build positive working relationships with Junior clients.

Qualifications

  • Impeccable attention to detail is a must, along with exceptional organisational skills.
  • The ability to manage your time effectively and efficiently.
  • A comfortable and confident multitasker, who is enthusiastic and happy to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Comfortable liaising with clients and a variety of internal teams. 
  • Will be keen to learn and have a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • The ideal candidate will be interested in people, what makes them tick and how to influence their behaviours.  
  • An interest and passion for film and media.
