Opportunity

Prologis is offering a unique one-year placement opportunity for a smart, knowledgeable and enthusiastic graduate. You will gain invaluable industrial/logistics real estate development experience, working with some of the leading developers in the UK.

The main focus of the placement is our development and leasing business. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to undertake assignments for other departments such as Property Management and Marketing. You will receive high quality supervision during the placement and your experience will count towards your APC accreditation.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Supporting the evaluation and recommendation of real estate opportunities for internal approval
  • Supporting the successful implementation of real estate projects
  • Supporting leasing instructions
  • Preparing for and attending agent and customer meetings
  • Maintaining customer and market data
  • Conducting market and customer analysis

Required qualifications and experience

  • Excellent A level results and on track for a 2:1 or above in a relevant Property/Real Estate degree
  • Valid passport/visa to be employed in the UK
  • A valid Driving Licence as this role will require some travel within the UK
  • Keen interest/experience in industrial property/real estate, demonstrated through academic and work experience placements
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and real estate specific software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong commercial awareness capabilities
  • Strong analytical capabilities
