The role
Joining the Global Market Access team as Market Access Graduate, you will contribute to ensure patients in need have timely and sustained access to Pharmanovia products, and that products and services are priced and reimbursed. Health economics and value communication, pricing analytics, payer engagement, collaboration, and reimbursement submissions, are just a few of the tasks we perform within the fast-growing market access environment.
You will also be learning about and supporting the execution of the Market Access & Pricing Strategy, ensuring timely launch readiness is achieved. This includes early evidence gap analysis for HTA submissions, mapping of local requirements, pricing and launch sequence analysis and finally preparing the price and reimbursement submissions.
Market Access is fully integrated across the value chain from early asset evaluation to launch assets. We are supporting at regional and country level to drive access activities for in-market brands. As a Market Access Graduate at Pharmanovia, you will be part of an international team and working in project teams across Commercial, Business Development, Project Management, Regulatory, Medical, Supply Chain, and Business Operations.
You will be able to think strategically and have excellent analytical skills. You’ll be eager to solve problems and challenges, identify opportunities, think critically when analysing data and data sources and compile useful overviews of data and intel. You will be proactive and can take on tasks independently, applying good time management and prioritising skills. You will need to be able to be flexible and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
The two-year graduate scheme will also offer significant development opportunities and you will gain a wide understanding of market access from a global and local perspective.
What you’ll be involved in
- Supporting on executing the Market Access Strategy and goals
- Project support (including day to day management) for market access projects, national HTA submissions, and pricing strategies working closely with regional stakeholders and managers to ensure optimal patient access to new and existing Pharmanovia products
- Supporting the Global Value Dossier development to support HTA submissions Identifying payer target population; Mapping burden of disease and understanding the patient journey to identify the unmet needs and healthcare resource utilisation Development of value stories with strong clinical, health economic and Quality of Life messages to justify the economic value of the product. This requires understanding of the unmet needs and the challenges within current disease management Completing HTA submissions in collaboration with local consultants
- Maintaining the Price Database and lead price reviews, price certificates and price submissions Gaining knowledge and insights to International Reference Pricing regulations and keeping up to date on the impact of potential price changes
- Supporting on input to early asset evaluation – presenting data input in a structured overview with clear conclusions

About you
- On track to achieve a minimum 2.1 degree in life sciences and/or econometrics, health economics, public health, value communication etc.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical environment is a plus, but not essential
- Excellent standard of written and verbal communication in business English
- Strong aptitude for technology and highly proficient in the use of MS Office, including intermediate to advanced level Excel
- Ability to relate to stakeholders at all levels and from different cultural backgrounds
- First class numerical and analytical skills
- Proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking
- Strategic thinking and data analysis skills
- Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
