The role

You will be an integral member of the Pharmanovia Commercial team, providing a first-rate representation of the company, and building on our existing credibility, to position Pharmanovia as a global partner of choice for innovative, orphan and value-add medicines.

Working in tandem with the global team, and regional commercial affiliates and partners, you will proactively help with commercial projects, project planning, project reporting and transition management. This involves defining the scope of the project, monitoring and tracking any changes, identifying resources required, and creating a project plan. You will help coordinate attendance and meeting schedules at conferences and ensure all activity is fully tracked and captured in monthly reports.

What you’ll be involved in

  • Setting up commercial and transition management plans and providing report against progress and milestones
  • Producing regular updates and reports
  • Owing tasks in the commercial and transition management process (e.g., raising change controls, coordinating, and producing kick-off meeting templates/minutes and action logs)
  • Working in coordination with cross-functional teams, mapping out functional bottlenecks and with functional support develop mitigation plans for those bottlenecks
  • Developing Pharmanovia’s corporate knowledge of commercial and transition management on both a global and regional basis
  • Bringing new ways of working/approaches to commercial and transition management
  • Working closely with general managers and the global sales teams in providing commercial support
  • Building commercial models, presentations and working closely with the data insights teams

The department has an ethos of continuous improvement, refining systems and creating efficiencies. This, along with the rapid growth of the business, leads to a varied and dynamic working environment.

About you

  • On track to achieve a minimum 2.1 degree in business, supply chain, finance, engineering, quantitative disciplines or life sciences
  • Experience in a commercial or pharmaceutical environment is a plus, but not essential
  • Excellent standard of written and verbal communication in business English
  • Strong aptitude for technology and highly proficient in the use of MS Office, including intermediate to advanced level Excel
  • Ability to relate to stakeholders at all levels and from different cultural backgrounds
  • First class numerical and analytical skills
  • Project management skills
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking
  • Strategic thinking and data analysis skills
  • Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
