This is a contract role for 6 months.
Key responsibilities
- Co-ordinate initial mobilisation for new start (staff & adhoc) in line with company induction process
- Maintain accurate rota management system (ATS) with any changes
- Update and maintain all required company systems, i.e. Power BI portals, RDB, etc.
- Liaise with customer logistics for mobilisation requirements
- Update PetrofacGo with relevant company communications
- Engage with offshore employees and client supervision regarding any enquiries
- Recruitment of ad-hoc personnel in line with the BMS Adhoc Resourcing Process
- Raise requisitions for offshore staff vacancies
- Liaise with employees on short-term absence and arrange RTW medical as appropriate
- Meeting medevacs and escorting to company medical provider(s) as required
- Support the team leader with client weekly calls
- Provide weekly report to designated Team Leader on operational activity
- Monthly reporting for functional support
- Tool Hire & Purchase as required by the contract
- Update organizational charts
- Collate appraisals and record as necessary
- Participate in offshore visits
- Participate in Operations on-call Team
- Proactively support Horizon Zero and Company Health and Safety initiatives
Essential qualifications & skills
- Good secondary/tertiary education
- Familiarize with and understand the company's Health, Safety and EnvironmentalPolicies
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Good time management
- Ability to organise workload in order to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work as a team member and liaise
- effectively with staff at all levels
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
- Awareness of project commercial and cost control issues
- Ability to liaise with internal teams, offshore personnel and clients
- effectively.
- Capable of working on own initiative with minimal supervision
- Operations experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Contractor personnel resourcing experience is preferable
- Oracle experience would be an advantage
- Computer literate and experienced in Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Visio,
- Microsoft Access, and PowerPoint
