What will you be doing?
You could be working for any one of the following positions in our London office:
- Market Strategy & Intelligence – these positions are in our Travel Retail (‘Pernod Ricard Travel Retail’) and our Global Gin (The Absolut Group, Gin Business Unit’) businesses, where you will tasked with running competitive intelligence and market data & analysis projects to support the development of brand and company strategy.
- Category Development - these positions sit in our domestic market (‘Pernod Ricard UK’) and global scotch (‘Chivas Brothers’) businesses, whose Category Development teams are customer and market experts who interpret sales, shopper and market data to understand why things are happening in the market, the implications thereof, and the likely impacts on the future of spirits and wine.
- Commercial Transformation – this position is in our Travel Retail business, where you’ll be involved with projects aimed at changing our commercial processes, technology, capability and objectives in order to help us beat the competition and build unassailable industry leadership.
- Data Analytics - this position is in our domestic market business where you will work with teams across our business to implement projects to improve our data quality. You will be responsible for managing and reporting on these projects, analysing data to highlight issues and presenting your analysis to our teams.

Who are you? We’re looking for people who are:
- Completing a degree in any discipline from any UK university and with the ability to complete a year in industry starting from summer 2025.
- We also welcome applications from recent graduates who are open to undertaking a year-long placement.
- Highly interested in pursuing a career in Strategy or Analytical fields with a strong focus on brands and the consumer
- Curious, inquisitive, analytical and can communicate complex information simply
- Consumer centric and able to grasp the forces determining market performance and trends
- Able to show high mental agility (intellectual curiosity, embracing complexity, managing multiple priorities) and high people agility (building relationships, working well with others, emotional intelligence)
- Able to demonstrate a track record of excellence or of achieving results.
