About the Pernod Ricard Bright Futures Programme

We’re looking to recruit undergraduates with potential to join our Bright Futures programme, offering you a huge amount of invaluable business experience. At Pernod Ricard you can actually make an impact, and many of our placement students have returned to Pernod Ricard on a full-time basis.

Placements will commence in June 2025 and will be based in our West London offices on Chiswick Business Park. We offer a fantastic package including a competitive salary, generous annual leave entitlement and a product allowance to spend on our brands.

Who are the Bright Futures internships for? 

Our Bright Futures programme is aimed at students studying a recognised sandwich undergraduate degree (i.e. a year in industry), however we will also consider students who have already graduated. Please note however that these internships are offered as a one year contract, and whilst a lot of our interns do then join the business on a full time business, there is no guarantee of this. 

For most roles, we consider applicants from all disciplines and grades, but you'll need to have a passion for the drinks industry and the Pernod Ricard brands. For some of the more specialist roles, we may ask that you are studying a related discipline, so please be sure to check the requirements of the role you are applying to when they are open.
