About the role
You will be joining a hardworking and successful team specialising in Rail Engineering projects across the UK.
The team work collaboratively across the UK and are growing rapidly, this role would be based in our Bishop's Stortford, Manchester and Wakefield. One of our recent, successful projects is Hoo station. Pell Frischmann was a central member of Medway Council’s Housing Infrastructure Fund (HIF) delivery team, providing all the rail engineering-related and design scheme throughout GRIP 2 feasibility and GRIP 3 option selection.
On joining Pell Frischmann you will become part of an expert, multidisciplinary team where you will gain training and experience in your chosen specialism.
Additionally, you will be enrolled onto our 2 year Graduate programme. This exciting programme is built around the competence requirements of professional institutions and a great way to kick start your career. You will have opportunity to network with others graduates across the Group and develop key skills such as project management, business and personal effectiveness.
Main duties
- Rail, Station, Depot and Infrastructure design
- Checking and approval of designs and calculations
- Reporting progress to Clients
- Support and encourage staff in their professional development
- Contribute to business development activities
