As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

How will you make an impact

  • Day to day maintenance of return on ad spend-driven accounts across Google, Bing and Meta
  • Continual optimisation and A/B testing of all advertising including copy, creative, targeting and landing pages
  • Compiling and maintaining reports on key performance metrics including sales, cost, return on investment and ad performance
  • Testing, building and delivering advanced retargeting configurations
  • Designing and delivering shopping feed optimisation, by combining commercial data with statistically significant tests
  • Providing the team and wider business with insight regarding future developments in the search engine marketing space

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

You’ll fit right in if you have

  • An understanding of digital marketing areas such as Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Meta and Affiliate marketing
  • Exceptional numeracy and analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex data or analysis in a clear and engaging way
  • High levels attention to detail
