Your responsibilities
- The Quality Assurance intern shall implement and work to all applicable regulatory and quality requirements as stipulated within the Olympus Quality Manual, Quality Policy, and Quality Objectives.
- Shall implement and work to all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental requirements as stipulated within the HSE Manual, HSE Policies, and HSE Objectives.
- Actively participate in project activities regarding Post Market Surveillance Complaints and Investigations
- Support the Post Market Surveillance process as required
- Support / input to PMS activities /processes.
- Support the PMS and PAE functions as directed
- Develop improved or new data tracking / recording systems within the PMS team
- Participate in Problem Solving and Continual Improvement activities
- To undertake any assignment or duty as required by business needs.
Your qualifications
- Currently studying a Bachelor's degree in a data/engineering/medical/science degree
- Must have strong expertise in excel and able to produce charts and data for the QA/Compliance team
- Experience in a similar role (data management/coordination) preferred
- Experience of working in a regulated environment e.g. medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotech an advantage
- Experience of working in Quality and/or Regulatory Teams preferred
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with multiple priorities
- Strong organisational skills-
