Programme overview

Programme Dates: Monday 07 April – Thursday 17 April 2025

If you are an ambitious, high achieving candidate in your first year of university or second year of a four-year course (graduating in 2027), and would like a unique insight into the exciting career opportunities at a leading global investment bank, then you should apply to our two week Women’s Immersion Programme.

Challenge yourself by increasing your exposure to our front office divisions: Investment Banking and Global Markets, where you will have the chance to experience some of the most important business functions within an investment bank and understand the fundamental practices and principles of the business. You will gain real-life experience in a fast-paced environment; meet new people and develop a valuable network for career information and direct support.

The Women’s Immersion Programme will be a two week unpaid internship working with a team in one of our Investment Banking or Global Markets divisions. This desk-based opportunity will increase your exposure to and understanding of the fundamentals of investment banking; gain real-life experience in a fast-paced environment; identify valuable career development skills; meet new people and develop a network for career information and support.

At the end of the Women’s Immersion Programme you will have the opportunity to be fast-tracked to interviews for the 2026 Investment Banking or Global Markets Summer Internship Programme.
