Join us as a Research & Insight Analyst and you’ll support the development and delivery of a market-leading research function that will accelerate our company’s growth. This is a new opportunity for a highly organised and numerically astute Business or Finance Graduate, who can hit the ground running and is keen to develop their career.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be identifying trends across the markets we work in, our organisation and our competitors businesses; helping us to utilise data to make real time changes and decisions to progress our business forwards.

You’ll be working in partnership with departments across the organisation and will be on the forefront of our mission to provide the best in class service and products to our customers.

You will be creating standardised insight reports, using both qualitative and quantitative data gathered from a variety of sources and presenting your researched trends back to key stakeholders for them to utilise and improve their functions.

You will play an important role in the development of our ‘Voice of the Customer’ reporting, which will help us better understand what our customers like and where we could improve across our business.

How you will qualify for the role?

Ideally a recent Graduate with a relevant degree such as Business Studies or Economics who has the ability to connect, analyse, understand and bring together multiple data sources to help identify areas of our business we can improve.

You’ll need excellent time management and numerical skills and be a fantastic communicator, with superb analytical skills.  You’ll be hardworking, keen to learn, self-motivated and a hands on team player who’s always happy to help and support others to get the job done.

You’ll also need to be highly computer literate with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills and it’s going to help if you have a genuine passion for understanding motivations and needs.
