Purpose
We are seeking a motivated and talented trainee to support our Talent Management team in AMIEO. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of talent management, including performance management, employee surveys, upskilling projects, and global and regional awards programs.
As a trainee, you will work closely with experienced professionals to assist in day-to-day activities, contribute to strategic initiatives, and learn about the intricacies of talent management in a global organization.
This 12 month industrial placement, starting in August 2025, is a great chance to take theory from university and put it into practice in a fast-paced environment. This provides a chance for real responsibility and hands-on experience in a challenging and diverse environment.
Main tasks & responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the job, and key KPIs, this may include any project / budget or team management responsibilities and the extent of inter-departmental collaboration where applicable.
Talent management
- Support talent identification and assessment processes
- Assist in the development of talent development plans
- Contribute to succession planning activities
- Support data management and reporting
Performance management
- Assist in the administration of performance review cycles
- Support the development of performance improvement plans
- Help with data analysis and reporting
Global employee survey
- Support in the preparation, launch, and analysis of the Global Employee Survey
- Assist in the development and tracking of action plans
- Contribute to communication and engagement activities
Electrification upskilling
- Support in research and analysis of industry trends and best practices
- Assist in the development of upskilling programs and initiatives
- Contribute to communication and engagement activities
Global & regional awards
- Assist in coordinating regional and global awards programs
- Support in the selection process and communication with stakeholders
- Contribute to other related activities as required
Other responsibilities
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Provide support on DEI related processes and initiatives
- Team meetings planning
- Meeting Minutes taking and distribution to the relevant stakeholders
- Team calendar and holiday tracker management
- Other projects support upon request from the team members

- Quality and impact of NNW initiatives, GES results in that respect
- Nissan Way Awards and Global Nissan President Awards coordination support

What you will need to be successful
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A strong interest in talent management and human resources
