As a Graduate Consultant, you'll work on exciting projects and challenges in a supportive team. Right from the start, we're here to help you become an outstanding consultant by boosting your skills. You'll make a real impact, solving big challenges. Across the public sector and consumer fields, defence and infrastructure. You'll work all across the United Kingdom, partnering with smart colleagues and clients. You'll collaborate with talented people both inside and outside our team. Together, you'll analyse data, find important opportunities, and create and implement unexpected but effective solutions.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll team up with clients to find ways to improve their operations. Then, you'll come up with plans and implement them to solve the problem. You'll also help out with internal training and managing clients and colleagues. In this job, you can take responsibility early and move forward quickly.
You'll work closely with clients, changing how their operations run. You'll spend time with their team, figuring out how things work. Once you spot the best chances for improvement, you'll dive right in – creating and implementing project plans that deliver and continue to do so long after we’ve gone.
