As a Platinum IIP accredited organisation, colleague experience is at the heart of our approach. We believe our Society has a unique purpose and special culture and we are committed to being a great place to work where our colleagues are supported to realise their full potential. We have one exciting new opportunity to join us this September for 12 months within our Internal Audit Team.

Oh and by the way we also don’t just pay a training allowance you will join us on a ‘real living wage’ salary, we believe our colleagues deserve a fair day’s pay for a hard day’s work.

Our aim is to provide valued assurance for the Society by identifying risks, asking questions, and constructively challenging where we need to. We provide an independent view on risk management, governance and control integral to the success of the Group.

As a team with a group-wide remit no two days are the same, every business area we audit is different – they each face their own risks and have their own challenges. There is no better way to experience a business area than from interacting directly with the people working there.
