It's a busy and exciting time for the brand and we’re on the hunt for a Trade Coordinator to join our growing Ecom team.

The role

As Trade & Promotion Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing promotion campaigns from creation to testing, ensuring their effectiveness and accuracy. You will conduct regular reporting and analysis of promotions and review performance of selected categories to support trade initiatives. This role will provide administration support and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimise the site and resolve any issues.

What you will be doing?

Promotions

  • Brief all promotional activity; communicating critical updates to stakeholders
  • Manage setup and testing of all ecom discount promotions
  • Ensure that all promotions comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
  • Document all promotion-related processes and continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage linelist creation and distribution, working closely with Promo & Markdown co-ordinators
  • Support Trade & Optimisation team with promotional launches to ensure optimal execution
  • Support with loyalty promotion initiatives, overseeing loyalty line lists and back-end setup
  • Ideate and test new promotion mechanics within CMS and support requirements for new tooling
  • Conduct market research to identify new promotional opportunities and industry trends

Trade & Analysis

  • Conduct regular category and promotion analysis to drive demand performance and actions
  • Provide reporting and administration support for the wider team
  • Supporting Buying and Merchandising with ad hoc queries and issues​

Cross-functional working

  • Work in collaboration with the wider ecommerce trading team to support delivery of online trading plan
  • Work in collaboration with the site optimisation team to ensure all promotions are accurately merchandised on the website
  • Work in collaboration with 3rd party support functions troubleshooting any issues

Other requirements

  • Occasional On call weekend work (approx. once a month)– this is paid overtime whether you are called or not & additional payment if required to work. Shared across other team members.

Minimum qualifications

  • Relevant graduate degree preferred but not essential
  • Experience of working in retail/online or an equivalent environment desired
