It's a busy and exciting time for the brand and we’re on the hunt for a Junior Merchandiser to join our growing Merchandising team.

The team

In Merchandising we are responsible for the planning and stock management of our products across all our channels and markets. We work closely with Buying on how we can maximise our profit by putting the right product, in the right stores at the right times.

The role

  • Achieve KPIs and Maximize Profitability: Align with department strategy to reach sales and profit targets, ensuring actions to maximize profitability and mitigate risks.
  • Range Development and Stock Management: Ensure product ranges align with brand strategy, address gaps and duplications, and manage stock commitments to meet targets.
  • Prepare and Present Strategy: Develop and present range sign-offs and departmental strategy each season, incorporating lessons learned and future strategies.
  • Monitor and Influence Pricing and Performance: Set pricing strategies, review product performance, and adjust plans based on data and market trends to meet sales and margin goals.
  • Analyse Data and Manage OTB: Analyse sales data to identify trends and issues, manage Open to Buy (OTB) to maintain flexibility and profitability, and adjust strategies as needed.
