As our Graduate Social Media Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our social media efforts. If you have a passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing we want you to join us! You will work closely within our marketing team to develop and implement social media content plans, and feature in our videos that enhance our brand, engage our audience, and drive growth.
What you'll do
- Content Creation: Assist in creating high-quality, engaging content for our social media channels, including text, images, videos, and graphics. And be confident to feature in the videos.
- Social Media Management: Schedule and publish social media posts across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) using social media management tools.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse social media performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Reporting your findings on social media activity and engagement to the Marketing Manager.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
- Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Research trends and competitor activities to inform our social media strategy.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content aligns with our brand guidelines and messaging.
