What can you expect? 

You’ll gain experience across the diverse and dynamic world of sales, including sales operations, e-commerce, field sales, and account management. Throughout the scheme you can access dedicated training to enhance your technical skills and constant support from your colleagues and business leaders. By the time you finish, you’ll have gained a broader understanding of the role our Sales function plays within the business and will have completed the first steps towards a successful career in sales.   

Entry requirements

You will need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or upon completion.

You’ll need a degree, but it can be in any subject and at any grade—what’s most important is your 100% commitment to your chosen career path and your willingness to put everything into your development. This dedication will secure you a role with limitless potential for growth.

Financial support can be provided to assist graduates and apprentices with their relocation if required for the role. This will be available to anyone who needs to relocate due to being one hour or 40 miles away from the work site.
