What can you expect?
Our year-long placement focuses on transforming your university knowledge into practice. You’ll actively be hands-on with live projects, engage in problem-solving and decision-making, all with the support of our experienced and encouraging mentors. You’ll see first-hand how concepts like Total Productive Maintenance and Problem Solving are applied in a real-world setting. By fully immersing yourself in this role, you’ll gain the confidence and expertise to kickstart your career in Manufacturing.
Entry requirements
You will need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or upon completion.
To qualify, you’ll need to be in your penultimate year of study in a relevant degree.

Financial support can be provided to assist graduates and apprentices with their relocation if required for the role. This will be available to anyone who needs to relocate due to being one hour or 40 miles away from the work site.
