If you’re in the penultimate year of your degree and looking ahead to a career in Engineering, our Engineering Industrial Placement will get you off to a great start before you’ve even finished your studies. It’ll help you develop the skills you need to thrive at the biggest food and drinks manufacturer in the world, as well as build a diverse network of experienced engineers. You will have lots of questions and your team will work with you to build your knowledge and contribute to solutions to real problems!

What can you expect? 

Based at one of our factories or the Nestlé Product Technology Centre (NPTC), you’ll gain wide-ranging experience of life as an engineer here at Nestlé. You’ll work with our experts who will nurture your professional development and support you as you contribute to live projects and assist with problem-solving. It’s an immersive learning experience that will see you working with some of the world’s biggest brands and most advanced equipment.

Entry requirements 

You will need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or upon completion. 

To qualify, you’ll need to be in your penultimate year of study in a relevant degree.

Financial support can be provided to assist graduates and apprentices with their relocation if required for the role. This will be available to anyone who needs to relocate due to being one hour or 40 miles away from the work site.
