What You'll Do
You’ll be responsible for improving our planning and delivery processes by collecting and maintaining data in a consistent form. You’ll also support project governance and control by tracking the performance and progress of projects
against approved budgets and plans.
It’ll be your responsibility to:
- Implement guidelines, procedures and templates to collect and maintain consistent data, and provide hands-on delivery support to the programme and its projects
- Facilitate the creation of programme and project plans as required by the programme or project manager
- Support the identification of cross-project dependencies and track or monitor these in support of the manager
- Create reporting mechanisms for all projects within the programme to monitor routine progress against agreed objectives and outcomes
- Assist in the preparation of programme status or project highlight reports to escalate risks and issues to senior executives as and when required
The Skills You'll Need
You’ll need experience experience in support roles, ideally in a delivery environment along with knowledge of change methodologies, an an understanding of the project lifecycle.
You’ll also need:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of organisational processes and procedures
- Expertise in tools such as Oracle and Planview
