The details
To join us, you’ll need a degree in a relevant field such as material science, mechanical engineering, product design, or textile technology.
Our graduate programme lasts two years, during which you’ll complete four six-month rotations. These rotations ensure you gain experience in Design, Make, Evaluate, and Project Management. The programme is supported by a structured training framework that includes both technical and personal development courses.
There is also an option to join as a direct-entry graduate, allowing you to specialise and develop within a specific area of the business.
