Job description
We are looking for a skilled DevOpsEengineer to join our team of innovative engineers who are consistently raising the bar on creativity and user experiences. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Design and implement improvements on current SCM/DevOps practices to stay on top of industry standard best practices with emphasis on automation.
- Implement automation strategies, effective monitoring, deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Build and release engineer.
- Inter-group and intra-group teamwork in a multi-site world-wide development environment.
Basic requirements
- Practical knowledge of Git
- Experience in Linux OS as a user
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration tools, preferably Jenkins
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS/Azure)
- Knowledge of Docker containerization
- Scripting languages: Bash, Perl, Python
- Programming languages, Groovy, Java, C++
- Tools: Git, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Jenkins, Sonarcube, Klocwork, Gradle, Maven, MySQL
- Infrastructure: Linux, AWS, Azure, Dockers
- A drive towards automating repetitive tasks (e.g. scripting via Python, Bash, Groovy)
- Willingness to learn and apply new technologies through self-learning
- Ability to work independently but also be a team player
Basic requirements
Bachelor's Degree required; major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
