Our logistics sites across the UK keep millions of products moving all the way from our suppliers to our stores. We’re focused on getting our products from farm to fork as quickly as possible, giving our customers fresh, healthy food at an affordable price. Join us on the Logistics Graduate scheme and gain a unique insight into our complex operations!
What’s involved?
During the scheme, you’ll get to explore all aspects of a logistics operation, from distribution and planning, to frozen, ambient and fresh warehousing. This variety of experience will help you gain an understanding of our business, systems, processes and technologies. Our Logistics teams are at the heart of everything we do, so it is very fast paced and you will need to find solutions quickly. Day-to-day, you could be:
- Supervising shifts to ensure they run efficiently with no problem
- Resolving problems quickly to ensure objectives are being met
- Picking item capacities that are needed for stores to ensure excellent and timely service
Our structured training and the chance to work on exciting projects means you’ll have plenty of opportunities to progress and learn while with us. You’ll quickly develop the leadership and mentor skills needed to head up your team as a Team Manager. In your final year of the programme, you could move into a Shift Manager role, where you will lead a large team within your site.
Make good things happen
