Why You Should Join Us

For over two centuries Molson Coors has been brewing beverages that unite people for all of life’s moments. We produce some of the most beloved and iconic beer brands ever made. While the company’s history is rooted in beer, we offer a modern portfolio that expands beyond the beer aisle.

We are proud to be a growing in-house technical services team and we’re looking to recruit a Field Service Technician covering Cork

Beer dispense experience isn’t essential as extensive training and ongoing support will be given for the right person

Your Purpose

Driving to customer sites in your company van, as a technical representative you will spend your days Line cleaning, installing, maintaining, and repairing our beer dispense equipment either by yourself or part of a team. Each day is a new experience – you definitely won’t be bored! We work in a wide variety of locations, from pubs and clubs to high end restaurants, Stadia and events.

We are looking for people who are practical, logical problem solvers with an aptitude to learn. We are not expecting you to be an expert in beer dispense equipment as you will receive an immersive four-week technical training course followed by ongoing field support to deliver some of the UK’s leading brands to customers.

Our technicians are responsible for arranging their own Line clean rotas, travel routes, ordering, and returning equipment and taking complete control of managing vehicle stock. They carry out surveys for installations, maintain dispense and cooling equipment and often advise, instruct, and train customers where required. Building relationships with colleagues and customers is a key part of the role.

Health and safety is paramount at Molson Coors; we have a passion for delivering industry leading workplace safety. Our technicians personify this by living and breathing our standards and utilising the training and equipment supplied to ensure safety remains our number one priority for both ourselves and our customers.

About You

Your passion will be delivering first class customer service through a right first-time approach and ensuring our draught beers and ciders show up perfectly every time.

We are looking for an individual who is a great communicator. Our technicians work remotely so it’s important to be confident and self-reliant. This role will keep you on your feet quite literally, so being active is a must. You must be able to work weekends on a rota basis (approx. 1 in 4) and live on patch.

  • You will be IT literate and able to learn new systems.
  • Applicants must be over 18 years of age and hold a full Irish driving licence.
