Our Marketing Undergraduate Scheme

Our scheme, and our industry needs ambitious Undergraduates with a thirst for knowledge and bags of drive and determination. If you’re on the lookout for a fantastic opportunity to kick start your Marketing career, you’ve come to the right place.

Our 12 month scheme is designed to give you a real insight into the world of Marketing in a professional environment and there’s no better place to do this. We’ll make sure your personalised programme caters to your development needs but is also loads of fun along the way. We want you to enjoy your time with us just as much as the learnings you’ll get from it.

We will make sure you get there by

  • Pub, Bar or Restaurant placements (Week 2 - 3) – Learn the industry roles
  • Central Marketing Placements (Month 2 - 12) – Get exposed to lots of different projects across different corners of Marketing

You’ll be really well supported by a great team of people on your journey with us - your line manager, placement manager, and a graduate buddy from our community of graduates across the business.

All sound exciting so far? To be eligible to join our Marketing graduate scheme

  • The programme is open to all penultimate year undergraduate students from a marketing, digital marketing, or marketing related degree discipline
  • You’ll be on track to achieve at least a 2:1 degree and be able to show a review of your first-year grades
  • Have achieved ABB grades at A level or above (equivalent BTEC grades)
  • Hold a full and valid UK driver’s licence
  • As this role is mobile there’s flexibility over where you are based in the UK, but you’ll need to be able to travel to regularly travel to our Head Office located in the heart of Birmingham

  1. Video interview where we’ll get to know a bit about you, and if you impress us here, we’ll invite you to complete Verbal & Numerical Testing (from the comfort of your own home)
  2. Face-to-face interview and group assessments at our Retail Support Centre in Birmingham – where you’ll also get the chance to know more about us (should you progress after video interview)
  3. Final stage senior management interview (should you progress after Face-to-face assessment)
