In Programme Management we ensure complex projects are managed through a number of technical and often unpredictable, stages to tight deadlines. We achieve this by facilitating the interaction between Engineering, Operations and Test through to the road and race track. We have structured the roles to be a great opportunity for the successful candidates to gain 12 months of experience in a world class environment with a World Championship winning team.

Purpose of the role is to

  • Learn about Programme Management and Operations in delivering world class programmes.
  • Learn how to plan and coordinate Power Unit programme hardware and material.
  • Proactively ensure the correct Power Unit hardware is available when required
  • Provide clear information on parts availability and shortages.

Be able to

  • Work methodically

  • Good written and verbal communication to deliver key information on parts availability and shortages concisely and accurately
  • Be enthusiastic and willing to learn

Demonstrate awareness of

  • Relevant computer programmes
  • Project plans
  • Engineering drawings
  • Motorsport or similar industries

Hold these qualifications

  • An Engineering, Science or business based degree

This is a 12 month fixed term contract, with a salary of £33,000 on offer along with our benefits including 36 days annual leave (we work bank holidays), 10% company pension contribution and others
