We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our Captive Insurance Team as an Insurance Trainee. This new initiative will offer a unique opportunity to experience formal training and mentorship, with practical, on-the job experience and a pathway to launching a career in the captive insurance industry. The role will have variety which will allow for career progression in the Industry.
This is a 24-month Graduate Programme based in Guernsey working on a permanent full time contract.

We will count on you to
- Engage in training and development programs to build knowledge of captive insurance and risk management.
- Assist in the management and administration of captive insurance companies under our management.
- Support the underwriting process by gathering and analysing relevant data specific to your clients captive operations.
- Participate in the claims management process
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to prepare reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Attend/Present at client meetings
What you need to have
- Have achieved or be on track to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 degree (or equivalent).
- Permanent Right to Work in the UK or Republic of Ireland (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
