The role
Under the direction of celebrated Michelin starred Chef Jason Atherton, the award-winning Berners Tavern remains one of London's most talked about restaurants. Join our team and help create and deliver a contemporary British menu that is simple yet elegant, using the very best products in the British Isles.
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and service-oriented Food & Beverage Intern to join our team. In this role you will be a fundamental member of our Berners Tavern Restaurant team in the hotel, working with the Kitchen, Bar, and Room Service to ensure our guests feel cared for during their stay.
As Food & Beverage Intern you will
- Have fantastic opportunities to develop, be exposed to top training by the team and our suppliers
- Understanding the menu and preparation of dishes
- Completing the set-up of the restaurant
- Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar
- Work closely with other departments like Kitchen, Bars, and Room Service to ensure a seamless guest experience
