Morrison Water Services is part of our water division and is currently looking to recruit a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, your role is to ensure everything is accounted for and costs are controlled. You’ll manage project costs, contracts, and financial planning. You’ll learn cost estimation, contract management, and financial analysis. You will work predominantly within the experienced commercial team and engage with Project Managers, Designers, Health, Safety & Wellbeing and delivery teams that will enable you to further develop your understanding and capability in a built environment.
About you
To be eligible for the Graduate Programme, you must meet the following criteria:
- Graduated within the last 2 years or about to
- Achieved or expected to achieve 2:2 degree or equivalent in either Quantity Surveying or Similar construction management related qualification.
- UK driving license
- Work Eligibility: Right to work in the UK for a minimum of 3 years from September 2025

Our 2-year Graduate Programme is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue your career as Quantity Surveyor within an infrastructure business.
