To support and assist the Marketing Team with ensuring Acqua di Parma’s brand image and visual merchandising is maintained to high standards and consistency across UK & Ireland distribution.

Main responsibilities

  • Help design small promotional sites and displays.
  • Maintain and update the lightbox, maintenance, and VM bible databases.
  • Support the visual merchandising in the field across London/Flagship stores to uphold global visual merchandising and maintenance standards.
  • Oversee the VM warehouse ensuring inventory is updated, old fixtures are removed, PO’s and budget are maintained.
  • Small project management within budget; i.e. floral arrangements, or promotional sites.
  • Be a Visual merchandising advocate when in stores, teaching local teams best-in-practice merchandising on counter.
  • Develop bespoke launch guidelines for our counter and nationwide sites.
  • Manage the VM budget tracker raising Po’s and dealing directly with supplier invoices.
  • Carry out site surveys and help install sites and displays around the UK.
  • Develop quarterly competitor analysis presentations to be shared with HQ.
